Students Stand Silent Against Abortion

Students from more than a thousand junior-high and high schools will participate in the third annual Students Day of Silent Solidarity on Oct. 24 to express contempt for the killing of the preborn. Their combined silence represents the victims of abortion who cannot speak for themselves.

Bryan Kemper, president of Stand True Ministries, which is behind the event, said students want to make a statement concerning the fact that abortion has claimed one-third of their generation and continues to take the lives of more than 4,000 babies a day in the U.S. alone.
