From the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) newsletter:

This morning, I attended the oral arguments for two critical pro-life cases that were heard at the Supreme Court of the United States.

I wanted to give you a quick update immediately.

View this video report that I made from outside the Supreme Court just moments after these oral arguments.

The entire video takes only about a minute to view, but it is important information you need to know as a member of the American Center for Law and Justice.

Both cases heard today, Gonzales v. Planned Parenthood and Gonzales v. Carhart, in which the ACLJ filed two amicus briefs (representing more than 322,000 citizens and 78 members of Congress), are vitally important to our ongoing battle for life.

These are undeniably two of the most crucial pro-life cases to reach the Supreme Court of the United States since Roe v. Wade.

For 30 years – since the legalization of abortion – the lives of millions of children have been terminated and tens of thousands of those babies have suffered the horror of partial-birth abortion.

This is why we were at the Supreme Court today. This is why our team of lawyers has worked for months to prepare and file important amicus briefs in these extremely important cases.
